Amy Naseath has worked in customer support of regulatory requirements for more than twenty years across multiple industries. Recently Amy has worked in the healthcare industry where she managed governance and compliance, and supported staff through curriculum and training. Her innovative thought process has taken this diversity recruitment process to the next level. Amy enjoys spending time outdoors and reading with her family.
Jon Naseath
CEO/Co-founder
Jon Naseath has twenty years experience building teams through recruiting and job placement. His career began working at KPMG LLP where he helped global organizations develop regulatory audit compliance programs, and he ran audits similar to the current OFCCP compliance programs. Jon is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Public Accountant and is motivated by helping companies find the right person for their job requirements.
Shannon Adams
Director Business Development – East
Shannon Adams has spent more than twenty years in service support roles across multiple organizations. She began her career as a service missionary in Asia, then branched into community support with youth program management and charity advocacy. Recently she has led the management of the au pair placement process in New England in conjunction with Department of State guidelines. Shannon loves baking and her children.
Kailin Naseath
Director Business Development – West
Kailin Naseath has spent fifteen years in social services roles internationally and domestically. While working for the U.S. Department of Defense she effectively managed regulatory programs and supported children developing life skills. She has also worked as an international teacher both in country and remotely for ESL schools. Promoting diversity recruitment draws her interest. Kailin enjoys swimming, running, camping, and being with her family.
