MARKETING

 

Social Media Coordinator - La Crosse, WI:  Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Marketing department is seeking an individual who will lead social engagement strategy and assist with the creation and execution of materials that support the Social Media Team’s goals across all of Kwik Trip, Inc.’s social pages and platforms.

 

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Provide timely responses as Kwik Trip, Inc. in the best possible manner to all inquiries that are sent though active social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube)

* Engage with fans and influencers to promote Kwik Trip Inc.’s reputation across owned and earned social channels

* Respond to location reviews on Google, Apple, and Yelp platforms

* Relay key social listening themes and Kwik Trip influencer activity on a weekly basis

* Provide relevant and compelling support materials to build reputation across owned and earned social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and BeReal)

* Take high quality photographs and/or videos for use on social channels

* Contribute to the execution of digital marketing campaigns across key digital channels

* Manage and serve as key content creator for Kwik Trip, Inc.’s secondary pages: Kwik Careers and Kwik Spirits

* Report on social performance to make recommendations and decisions

 

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or related field of study.

* Knowledge of social media platforms and KPIs to accurately create and evaluate marketing materials

* Understanding of marketing principles to align social media strategy with greater marketing goals

* Knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Meta Suite and TikTok Ads Manager

* Knowledge of video editing software, such as CapCut or TikTok

* Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software with understanding of image formatting, editing, and enhancing techniques for photo editing

* Proven creativity with strong attention to detail

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Ability to work well alone as well as with a team

* Excellent organization and time management skills.

* Proven multi-tasking abilities on multiple projects at a time

 

Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, daytime hours. May occasionally include evenings or weekend hours and/or overnights.
