Kwik Trip Inc. The desired individual will be responsible for our various projects and tasks for our carwash program and supporting our growing program with 450 Carwash locations. Some responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: equipment replacement/upgrades, new initiatives coordination, vendor coordination, and other various projects as needed. This individual will also be responsible for leading co-workers and vendors to plan and complete assigned projects at new and existing Carwash locations. This role has an important customer service component and excellent communication skills are necessary. We highly value positive attitude, dependability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

 

This individual must live, be willing to relocate, or commute to the La Crosse, WI area.

 

Qualifications: Prefer at least  3-5 years in the carwash industry with project management experience. This person should have  knowledge of the carwash industry, carwash equipment, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, & modern construction practices. Additional qualifications include: strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information into meaningful results; lead, teach, and persuade others through cooperation and teamwork; ability to provide co-workers and vendors with timely and professional job performance feedback; exercise sound judgment within company guidelines; follow and enforce company policies; meet department deadlines; ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision; maintain schedule to complete projects on time and budget; strong organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

 

Location: Candidate must reside in the states we operate (WI, MN, IA, UP of MI, IL SD)

 

Work schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday with some travel and some overnights. The hours may vary and are based on the needs/schedules of the Store Engineering department. The average workweek is approximately 45 hours. Flexibility in schedule.
