Our state-of-the-art Sweets Bakery located in La Crosse, WI produces over 60 varieties of sweet good and bread products for approximately 800 retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy everything from mouth-watering muffins, turnovers, bagels, cookies, to our famous Glazers.
Join our Bakery Production crew where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to make these delicious products from start to finish.
Work Schedules:
* Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays working 2:30pm to 10:30pm
* Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays working 2:15pm to 10:15pm
* Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays working 12:30pm to 8:30pm (scheduled hours will change to 2:30pm to 10:30pm in the future)
Qualifications: Accurate/detail orientated; work in a fast-paced production environment; basic math aptitude; work well alone/as part of team; willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks; work in a noisy environment frequently; work in a safety conscious environment; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards.
Prior production or baking experience is a plus but not required.
Physical qualifications: stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F; kneel/squat occasionally; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally; lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.

Starting rate of pay: $18.00 per hour

Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday

A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
